The Star Wars Retro Collection is inspired by the 1980s STAR WARS figures and features original figure design and detailing! Continue your collection from the galaxy far, far away!

Hasbro was seemingly inspired by 1983’s ROTJ Princess Leia Organa (In Boushh Disguise) to create the Retro Collection Fennec Shand action figure. Surprisingly, it looks remarkably different from its TVC counterpart, including costume design and color choices. But you get the overall gist that this is supposed to be the Ming Na character from The Mandalorian and The Book Of Boba Fett Disney+ series. The figure comes with five points of articulation, including a swivel head, two swivel shoulders, and two swivel hips. The paint operations are a bit more complex than a standard figure in the Retro Collection lineup, but that’s likely due to the complex nature of the costume. We feel the portrait of this figure is ugly and borders on hideous. Ming Na is an extremely attractive woman, and both The Black Series and The Vintage Collection versions reflect this. The Retro Collection version has the wrong skin color and a likeness that does not represent the actress. Fennec Shand comes with a removable helmet. It’s a different color than the onscreen costume. And lastly, the figure comes with a long blaster rifle. Fennec Shand can hold the blaster rifle well in both hands. All of the latest Retro Collection figures have an MSRP of $11.99. Fennec Shand is part of an assortment that contains seven other characters based on The Book Of Boba Fett.
