In an era filled with danger, deception and intrigue, Cassian Andor embarks on a path that will turn him into the rebel hero who will challenge the evil Galactic Empire.

Bix Caleen is a mechanic in the Andor Disney+ series, yet she isn’t frumpy and useless like Rose Tico from The Last Jedi. And she has a notable role in the plot of the series. This beautiful lady owns the Caleen Salyard on the Free Trade sector planet of Ferrix and an old flame of Cassian Andor. We’re not necessarily surprised to see this character produced for The Black Series 6-inch line so quickly. Then again, Hasbro is full of surprises lately. The action figure is gorgeous. Hasbro managed to capture the beauty and athletic frame of the character. And although we’re not entirely sure if they mastered the hairstyle, it looks excellent. The costume seems perfect, but why must all Star Wars characters have drab and dull earth tones for color? The brightness for this release is brought in the form of a yellow Speak & Spell, um, datapad. The datapad breaks down into two parts: the main body and the removable piece with a strap that Bix Caleen holds in hand. The figure comes with no other accessories. This one may be enough. Unfortunately, the lower skirt inhibits most of the figure’s lower-body moments, and we wish that if Star Wars characters have costumes like this, they do a better job of freeing up the movement in the legs. Despite this issue, the figure has a perfect center of gravity and has excellent footing to keep its balance effortlessly. Sadly, Bix Caleen comes in “woke” and “pandering” packaging that does nothing to help the environment but only makes a few select virtue signalers feel better about themselves. Thankfully, this garbage packaging killed sales, and they’re returning to standard packaging with plastic tray inserts. Thank the Maker!
