ROTS Galactic Herores - Wave 3:

I've been a fan of these since their Playskool beginnings, and with these latest four sets, I'm even more a fan of them. No articulation, static pose, wrong scale...everything we collectors normally hate in figures, yet "coo" over for the Galactic Heroes. Here's my quick shot review for all four new ROTS sets combined!
These come in four different assortments:
  • Obi/Utapau Clone
  • Anakin/Blue Spec Ops clone
  • Vader/Holo Sidious
  • Yoda/Kashyyyk Clone
The Obi-wan is different in paint app as he has a dusty/dirty lower tunic. The Anakin has "Sith Eyes", the Vader has silver parts to his armor. Couldn't tell if Yoda was different in any way. Of course all of the companion figs to these ones are new. (Well new paint apps. The Blue clone is cool as is the Utapau Clone. The holo Emperor is a little strange with his lightsaber as part of the holo, but still kind of cool. The best in the bunch to me is the repainted biker scout to look like the Kashyyyk clone.
So technically ALL of these figures are not new, just repaints (except Yoda). But man what great repaints. Finally Hasbro comes out with some movie accurate clones!!! Now here's hoping for these in the 3 3/4 inch variety!

    Respectfully submitted
