Let’s take a look at The Black Series [Phase IV] RC-1207 (Sev) figure. It’s still a terrible repaint. (more….)
It’s time to look at the Entertainment Earth exclusive The Vintage Collection Electrostaff Purge Trooper figure. It’s a bit boring. How many will you purchase? (more….)
Wow. If Hasbro didn’t do anything right for The Vintage Collection for the rest of 2021 (which is likely at this point), we probably won’t care. Boba Fett (VC186), based on the character’s appearance from Return Of The Jedi, is the best 3.75″ super-articulated action figure of the year. It’s that good. 177 TVC figures separate the first ROTJ Boba Fett from this one, so we waited a LONG TIME for this update. Oh, and it has one tiny issue. Do you know what it is? Check out the rough gallery and the final review. Some updated images coming soon!! (more….)
Here is The Black Series Archive Clone Commander Cody. What a disappointment! (more….)
I guess there is a lot to talk about after the season 2 finale of The Mandalorian. And when I say “a lot” I am still understating things. The spoiler review for the final episode of season 2 is now up! So click through to read the review and if you need to get things off your chest or want to share your impressions!
Yawn. Hasbro made us wait so long for the Phase I Clone Trooper Lieutenant that we don’t even care about it anymore. Besides, the tooling is so old and tired now that the articulation system is terrible by today’s standards. Also, why did they give the packaging red color flashes? They used “yellow” for The Saga Collection for Episode II, and it made the most sense. What are they going to do for The Phantom Menace now? (more….)
Thank you for reading Research Droids Reviews: Season 12!
We finally get a 6″ Jango Fett figure with Photo Real deco AND the Mitronomon Z-6 jetpack. Does this excite you? Not only is this figure sourced to the Star Wars: Bounty Hunter video game, but it’s also sourced to Attack Of The Clones. (It should have been released along with Kit Fisto and Plo Koon,) (more….)
Hasbro omitted a very important accessory with The Black Series [Phase IV] Teebo (Ewok) figure. Also, why did they qualify the character’s name with “Ewok”? Why is Hasbro so confused? (more….)
Let’s return to the first wave of The Black Series [Phase IV] line! Next up is The Mandalorian wearing Beskar armor! But it’s not vac-metalized!. (more….)
The updated Ahsoka Tano figure is beautiful. We’ll let the pictures in our Photo Gallery tell the full story! (more….)
The newly-released The Black Series [Phase IV] Sabine Wren is almost like an all-new figure. Hasbro changed the paint operations on almost every part of the figure. Will you be getting the upgrade? (Psst. They finally got her skin color correct!) (more….)
Let’s look at the first ALL-NEW figure in The Black Series [Phase IV] line. Garazeb “Zeb” Orrelios was a long time coming, but the long wait was worth it. It’s an excellent figure! (more….)
