In an era filled with danger, deception, and intrigue, Cassian Andor embarks on a path that will turn him into the rebel hero who will challenge the evil Galactic Empire.

Can The Black Series 6-inch line be any more boring? The Black Series 6-inch line is lacking with new releases as of late; even with new Disney Star Wars Entertainment, they can’t seem to move the line forward and create a diverse cast of action figures to support the Disney+ series. Hasbro is filling in the dead space with repacks and repaints in the main action figure line, and collectors aren’t impressed. You’ll probably find nothing but disappointment with the Shoretrooper’s release. It’s a neat-looking Star Wars character, but its popularity peaked with Rogue One. Do we want a simple repaint of it in place of new characters in The Black Series 6-inch line? Since exclusives are typically based on previous sculpts, it’s evident that Hasbro hasn’t deviated much compared to the original release. This year’s Shoretrooper release is a slight retool of the original figure. It comes with a new holster and blaster. And then Hasbro repainted the figure with its unique colors from Star Wars: Andor. The figure has excellent articulation, but one point where it has inhibited movement is the lower skirt. It inhibits hip movement, which still disappoints us after all these years. Regardless of the figure’s setback, it’s gorgeous. And despite the unimpressive paint job, the new Shoretrooper figure still feels like a timeless action figure. Also, we’re tired of rising prices on The Black Series figures. It’s ridiculous that a version of the original costs more. But you’ll pay $27.99 for an action figure we’ve all purchased for $19.99. Something has got to give with regard to the Hasbro Star Wars line.
