In an era filled with danger, deception and intrigue, Cassian Andor embarks on a path that will turn him into the rebel hero who will challenge the evil Galactic Empire.

Star Wars: Andor introduces us to a close relative of Mon Mothma. And that character is Vel Sartha. The large-headed female enters the Andor series in the fourth episode. And the blandly dressed female character gets added to The Black Series [Phase IV] line courtesy of Hasbro. The action figure is honestly dull. The whole color palette of Andor is bland. The show's designers chose drab earth tones for much of the costuming, and those details often don't translate well into action figures. Toys need color, and we're discovering that show after show in the Disney Star Wars universe continues to lack color to make the action figure line more attractive. Vel Sartha is a human Chandrilan female. She was part of the Rebel task force within a network operated by Luthen Rael. We also learn that Vel is an heiress to a fortune, but the character abandons it all to fight for freedom instead. Vel led a team of rebels on a mission to break into the armory on the Aldhani and steal an Imperial payroll. Hasbro produced a decent action figure based on the on-screen character, but we adamantly feel the figure's head is too large, just like The Vintage Collection version, and it's a boring action figure. Vel Sartha comes with an articulated blaster rifle. It's stock flips over to the blaster's top, and you have multiple display options for posing it. The Andor series resonates with Star Wars fans, but if they don't make the action figure line a little more interesting, we're not sure how long collectors will stay engaged with characters like Vel Sartha.
