The Fate Of The 41st Elite Corps Clone Trooper's Paint Job

So, you have seen pretty awesome loose shots of wave 3 and they're all pretty darn cool, right? As you may or may not know, Hasbro has chosen the 41st Elite Corps Clone Trooper as one of the carry-forward figures in wave 3. You also probably know all too well that Hasbro has totally goofed on this figure's paint job as it's missing half of it's color flashes. They also said that they knew about the error and were going to fix it. We just received a photo showing us this picture freshly pulled out of a wave 3 case assortment. They didn't address the issue! So now it looks like this figure may NEVER get fixed! Unless this is still in the works to be remedied, it's not looking good for this action figure.
