This is somewhat surprising! JTA reader mintoncard sends us proof that The Black Series 6" Emperor Palpatine wave has been found at TARGET! Keep those eyes open and send us your reports too!

Stopped at my local Target (Minnesota) to find the new 6" Black Series on the shelf.
If The Emperor had more accessories (lightning bolts, perhaps), I would have picked him up.
