First it was the Far East. Then it was Canada. Then it was upstate NY. Now it's Jacksonville, FL. You best get out there and see if you can find The Black Series [Phase III] 3.75" wave 2. More reports coming into JTA! Special thanks to JTA reader Sean for sending us the news! It's still nothing but blowing tumbleweed online at Walmart however.
