There is another…. Toys R Us exclusive NOT coming that way to the USA. JTA reader Sebastian W. has located a new Star Wars [Solo] Han Solo & Chewbacca 12-Inch Figure set at his local store in Asia. This newly revealed item may or may not come to the USA. We will have to wait for an official announcement from Hasbro on it. The packaging also reveals an upcoming Lando Calrissian figure.

There are plenty of new reveals today for the Sideshow Collectibles Online Comic-Con event, including many new Hot Toys Sixth Scale figures. It looks like Hot Toys has entered the Clone Trooper market with Commander Cody and the Airborne Trooper. We have just completed our intense look at the first series of vintage Kenner Star Wars figures: the 12-Backs. Because May is typically a Star Wars month and 2018 is the 40th anniversary that vintage Kenner Star Wars figures arrived at retail, we felt it was the perfect time to start vintage Kenner reviews. (Oh, and let us not forget The Vintage Collection’s return is another huge motivator of this run too.) Each new month, we will focus on a new series of figures where we’ll finish the complete vintage Kenner run in December with the 1985 The Power Of The Force line. Already, they are receiving wonderful feedback and tons of you are checking them out. But we want more of your stories, so please leave them in our comments. Thanks for your participation thus far, and we hope more of you leave your vintage Kenner experiences with us in the comments going forward! Thank you for making this a success for us. We put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into them and we were hoping that they’d go over well with our readers. They seem to have. And for that we’re grateful.

For a long time it was established EU canon that Chewbacca was freed by Han Solo and owed a life debt to him. While the Solo movie included many of the bullet points that define Han Solo’s past, no mention at all was made of the life debt. So, what does that mean? Click through for a discussion!

Gentle Giant revealed Han Solo (Corellia) and Chewbacca mini-busts from Solo: A Star Wars Story. They also have a bundle offer available if you want to purchase both of them together. Strange that they would choose Han Solo from Corellia for this release since he was not technically with Chewbacca at that point in time. Click below for the various order pages!
