There are apparently a lot of Poe Dameron fans out there and LucasFilm and Marvel felt there was enough there to warrant his own comic series. The series may have a lot of readers, but it isn’t one of my favorites and this one-off Annual didn’t make it much better. That being said, this issue did add a bit of depth to the character we see on screen in The Force Awakens.
