There are two other super-articulated action figures that longtime Star Wars collectors want to see released by Hasbro, and preferably part of The Vintage Collection. The first was supposed to be part of the 2012 Star Wars [The Phantom Menace 3D] Ewok Pack, but Lucasfilm didn’t approve it because they wanted a friendlier face on Teebo. But this version is 100% screen-accurate. We also need Teebo carded for The Vintage Collection. The second figure is the canceled running change of the Legacy Collection Utai (BD41) figure, without headgear and came with a fuel filling device. Would you like to see either finally released for your collection?

There are some fantastic figure updates in The Vintage Collection, and we’re happy to see Hasbro putting forth the effort on these figures. Hasbro is knocking it out of the park when it comes to applying “photorealistic” technology to the super-articulated 3.75″ action figures, and one of the standouts is the 41st Elite Corps Clone Trooper. This Entertainment Earth exclusive is one that SHOULD be in your collection. Hasbro released the character previously with incorrect deco but nailed it this time around. We think it’s worth checking out this figure for a second time. And we hope you reconsider adding it to your collection if you don’t have it secured yet. Currently, it’s in stock at site sponsor Entertainment Earth and you can pre-order yours HERE. It’s doing so well that it’s exceeding expectations. Many collectors are finding out about this best-kept secret. Don’t let it be a secret for you! Click the image below for our full review of it.

SH Figuarts released their overall 4th (and possibly final) Obi-Wan Kenobi figure in February. It took a little while until my figure finally arrived from Japan, but now that I have the Revenge of the Sith version of Obi-Wan it’s time to take a (very) quick look at it. So click through for my overall thoughts and a few photos!

SH Figuarts will release Yoda, based on his look in Revenge of the Sith, in late August 2019. Pre-orders are up already on some of the Japanese websites, others will follow shortly. Yoda is a web exclusive figure, which means he’s somewhat more expensive than a regular release and that aftermarket prices for him will be very high. Other SHF web exclusive Star Wars figures go for more than $200. So anyone who wants a prequel Yoda should absolutely pre-order. You have to pay in advance, however. There is a pre-order period of 3 months. Once pre-orders close you are out of luck and you have to resort to the aftermarket.
Yoda will come with three headsculpts, three cloak pieces, his Jedi council chair, his cane and his lightsaber. Click through for more pictures!

We just received two samples of the online exclusive TVC 41st Elite Corps Clone Trooper (VC145) action figure from our friends at Entertainment Earth, and we wanted to share what you need to know about it. This version is going to be the best The Vintage Collection 41st Elite Corps Clone Trooper (VC145) figure we will ever receive. Mark our words. It’s almost perfect, and it’s no way getting any better than this. But there are four major things you need to know about this release. 1. It’s in glorious TVC packaging. 2. The figure comes with enhanced “photorealistic” technology. 3. The color flashes are, for the first time after three chances, applied correctly. Even the gray color is the most screen-accurate we’ve seen on this sculpt. 4. This is the first release that comes with a “hard” bucket. Hasbro did not use the soft and squishy helmet. It’s a tad smaller, but still not correctly sized. But it looks MUCH better. This is great news. Check out our FULL AND COMPLETED REVIEW now in addition to a complete gallery with COMPARISON PICTURES! (Please leave all of your thoughts and comments on the review page. Thank you!)
If you haven’t ordered yours yet, you’d be a fool not to do this right away. Order yours HERE.
