Head over to Five Below and check out their selection of Force Link 2.0 figures for $3.25, including Imperial Royal Guard. Big thanks to Instagram user blueharvestcollector for the alert!
The Walmart exclusive First Order Stormtrooper Executioner 12-Inch Figure didn’t make it to most Walmart brick and mortar locations. Heck, we found it for the first time at Ollie’s for $2.99 a year later. It was just a single piece of the Sequel Trilogy retail poison puzzle. Do you believe Hasbro reissued the Captain Phasma 12-Inch Figure in Star Wars [Solo] line as a Walmart exclusive? This time the figure is based on the appearance from The Last Jedi, although it comes with no new accessories. Poor Walmart. See more in our Research Droids Reviews today! Just because I never heard or saw of this Star Wars [Solo] 12 Inch FIgure six-pack doesn’t mean you haven’t. But it looks like another retailer exclusive bit the dust. Presumably, an item for TARGET, JTA reader Scott B. found this set at his local Meijer in northern Michigan for only $19.99!
Tonight’s addition to the Visual Guides is the TIE Fighter vehicle from the Star Wars [Solo] line. Click below to check out our full Visual Guide page. Make sure to also check out our full review of this vehicle right here.

Holy cow. The former Toys R Us exclusive C-3PO/R2-D2 Force Link 2.0 pack that was saved by Entertainment Earth is now canceled. eBay might be your only option for this at this point. This is a shame because it is the most beautiful thing in the entire Solo line. Thanks to JTA reader and friend Josh M. for the alert.

Last night, Hasbro’s Solo: A Star Wars Story line was featured on the Simpsons very briefly. While competing in a “toy store shopping spree” contest, Bart and Mulhouse crash and lose while trying to avoid the Solo toys (and Ralph wins). You have to wonder there if there is some intentional subliminal statement somewhere in this very brief scene about the state of Star Wars and collecting. I wouldn’t put it past Matt Groening. He’s a brilliant man. Special thanks to JTA reader Aldo for the alert and image.
Tonight’s Visual Guide update features Lando Calrissian, from the Star Wars [Solo] 12-Inch figure line. Click below to check out the full guide page. Make sure to also check out our full review on this figure right here.

Heroes Series/12-Inch Figures including some I didn’t even know existed are on clearance at Walmart.com. A final wave of 12-Inch Figures was intended for release in the summer of last year but never made it out. These include Lando Calrissian, Darth Vader, Stormtrooper. I also found the First Order Executioner in Star Wars [Solo] packaging. Also, Walmart’s exclusive R2-D2 and BB-8 are also on sale. Special thanks to JTA reader Craig F. for the alert!
Retail is clearancing out the Star Wars [Solo] wave, and so many collectors have yet to see a single character from the film on pegs. Hasbro Toy Shop’s eBay store has the last wave in stock if you’re quick. These figures MAY show up on clearance somewhere down the road, but you know what they say about last wave syndrome…. Special thanks to JTA reader Shawn P. for the alert!
