Holy cow! JTA reader Jay D. has found The Black Series [Phase III] 6″ X-34 Landspeeder for $17.98 at his local TARGET store on clearance. It’s likely not a universal markdown, but you may want to check your stores to see if you can score the same deal! This particular deal was found in Waterbury CT.
Amazon currently has Luke Skywalker’s X-34 Landspeeder half off. Click here for the landing page!
Only a couple weeks after their release, Walmart dropped the prices of The Black Series 6″ Centerpieces from $49.99 to $34.99 and The Black Series 6″ Rey and Luke Speeders from $59.99 down to $44.99. Now, it seems that Walmart are lowering the prices of the Speeders once again. JTA Reader DLane5871 shares a find at a local Walmart in Durham, NC. Both Rey and Luke Speeders were dropped to a mere $30! At this price, I would happily grab a couple more (I must admit, they make excellent display pieces). Have you see these prices near you or in another store? Let us know!
The Black Series [Phase III] Centerpiece Collection figures as well as the 6″ vehicles were marked down at area Walmarts close to JTA reader Rum Sleg’s hometown. He has the complete store report and you can read it by clicking through. (In my opinion, the sale prices are fair MSRPs for these items!)

The Black Series [Phase III] X-34 Landspeeder/Luke Skywalker San Diego Comic Con exclusive release is probably going to disappoint collectors of this line. From a packaging/visual standpoint, it’s collector gold. But from a quality/value perspective, it’s a bit disappointing. Find out why this is so in our Research Droids Reviews today. Be sure to leave your own thoughts in our comments section, vote in the poll or even leave comments about it on our Facebook page. Click the banner below for the direct link to the review! As always, you can also send your own personal review requests via email if you’d like to see something that we didn’t cover yet.
JTA reader Russ T. graciously shares some “out of the box” images of the SDCC exclusive X-34 Landspeeder with Luke Skywalker. Of particular note, the packaging has been designed in a way where the top can be lifted off without any real damage being made to the packaging. (You have to slice some tape is all). Special thanks to him for sharing these images. Leave your thoughts in our comments!
Well, according to a Customer Service exchange between Hasbro and a member of the SWBS6 Club: Star Wars Black Series 6″ Collectors Facebook group, SDCC exclusives will be available on September 1st (Force Friday II), with a caveat that this date could change. I guess these WON’T be available at HASCON this year. The delay of this date just makes little sense.
Well, now that we know we ain’t seeing these SDCC exclusives any time soon, we’re sure some of you are going to resort to eBay. The prices have come down some, but it probably won’t last once this word of the delay gets out. See if something strikes your fancy (and budget). X-34 Landspeeder And Luke Skywalker, Rey (Jedi Training)/Luke Skywalker (Jedi Master) and Grand Admiral Thrawn await you.
