We have just learned that not only wave 1 of The Black Series [Star Wars 40] 6″ line has been put out of production, but so has wave 2! This line is OVER folks! (We’re talking about the “40th Anniversary” line only here to be clear.) (more….)
Hasbro has shipped out all units of the entire The Black Series [Star Wars 40] line (both wave 1 and wave 2) and nothing more will be produced. It is expected that MANY collectors who have this on order will be receiving cancellation notices as there has not been enough product produced to meet demands. This isn’t meant as a scare tactic or a sponsor marketing ploy, but if you see either case in stock, BUY IT. And it may be wise to stay away from pre-orders, those sellers are probably not getting (all of) their stock.
