Some HTS SDCC Orders Arriving Damaged
We are getting some great positive reports of collectors’ Hasbro Toy Shop SDCC orders arriving. We also are receiving some negative ones. JTA reader Tyler receive his box and the Kylo Ren/Rey Centerpiece set was significantly damaged. Click through to read his report!
Received my SDCC exclusives today. Starkiller Base set is damaged 😒 Rey’s lightsaber is even broken. So after waiting on hold for 20 minutes Hasbro Toy Shop customer service gave me 3 options. 1:Refund. 2: once they receive return they will mail new one IF IN STOCK (not taking that chance)🙄 3: pay for a new one and get refund once they receive mine. So now i’m out for 2🤑. $$
