After the success of last week’s TRT, I’m excited for this one! We had nearly 200 comments and photos of people’s collecting experiences from that week. I hope to see that kind of engagement going forward! I personally loved the custom work of some of our readers. For this week, I didn’t personally receive or buy very many new toys, but did have a chance to work on customs and have some other Star Wars fun. Check it out after the jump!
I have a little woodshop on my back patio of my apartment where I make buildings, chairs, and tables out of wood (in this case, cherry and pine), as a small side-hustle. It helps fuel my collecting needs and also some other bills lol. This weekend I finished cutting out and staining a sabaac table to sell. I took the liberty of gathering some scum around the table for a quick photo.
Along with the work I did on the tables and chairs this weekend, my wife and I went to a monthly pinball tournament at Starfighters Arcade in Arizona. The owners had an amazing collection of pinball machines and arcade games. Not only that, but the decorations for the arcade were top-notch.
That’s about it for me, other than a 6″ Jango Fett I needed for his jetpack. What about you? Any new toys, customs, or Star Wars related excursions since last TRT? Let us know in the comments!
