The Boba Fett (Throne Room) figure is beautiful, but it’s also a scam. Hasbro wants you to believe it’s a “DELUXE” figure! (Psst! It’s not!) You just have to pay a “DELUXE” price for it is all. (more….)

On display at Celebration Anaheim, this TV is very impressive. As with most Samsung OLED TVs, it’s at a premium price point. But, if you want a Star Wars-themed TV for your Star Wars room, this is the one to have. Check out Steve Sansweet’s unboxing of this impressive TV.
One figure that has always been on my list, but always just a little too expensive for me to justify buying on eBay is TVC Tarkin. The cost is justified due to the demand of the figure. Honestly, though, the real reason I haven’t bought one is because the figure doesn’t really look that good. It’s an odd green color, and the soft goods were misused. I have taken steps toward making my own custom, but I would really like an all-new Grand Moff Tarkin. What do you think, Toy Runners? Is Tarkin worthy of an all-new slot in TVC? Let us know…

With the release of the Obi-Wan Kenobi series on Disney+ a new debate about canon has come to the forefront. Some fans feel Obi-Wan Kenobi violates and breaks canon too much, a young Leia meets Obi-Wan Kenobi while in A New Hope she acts as if she merely knows him as some Clone Wars general who served for Bail Organa. Darth Vader meets Obi-Wan in the flesh even though the dialogue in A New Hope heavily implies that the last time they met was on Mustafar. Other fans however just enjoy the ride and don’t bother too much with those details. So today I want to talk about canon, its importance, its limitations and whether or not canon should be the most important thing in a franchise. Click through for the discussion.

Obi-Wan Kenobi has only been out for two weeks but the finish line is already in sight. After last week’s events Obi-Wan has only one thing on his mind: to free Leia from the inquisitors. There are several things to talk about this week! Read the spoiler review for all the details by clicking here or on the banner below and let’s discuss the latest episode of Obi-Wan Kenobi!

Dion M. from Auckland, NZ shared a great find to the TVC Facebook group: Darth Vader (Dark Times) (VC241). This figure has not been announced yet and will probably be officially revealed as a part of tomorrow’s Obi-Wan Wednesdays. This figure will likely round out Wave 35. He also found Reva (Third Sister) (VC242) and the rest of the wave as well at Farmers. Crazy that these figures are listed as shipping in September but are already on shelves in New Zealand! There are also quite a few reports of the rest of the wave in the SWNZ Facebook group.

JTA reader and friend, Alientek ordered a bunch of figures off of Hasbro Toy Shop’s eBay Store and received this little gem in the mail from them. It’s the Walmart exclusive The Vintage Collection Death Star Droid sealed UPSIDE DOWN on the card. Coincidentally, Hasbro Toy Shop packaged the figure in a way that resulted in a curled card, but the figure has a much bigger issue.
