One of the greatest things about publishing the vintage Kenner reviews is to read the feedback from our audience. Your engagement has been very rewarding to all that read them, and we’re thankful for all of the childhood stories you share, the trivia many of you know behind so many action figures and the variations that exist throughout the world. One detail that I knew about but buried deep in my subconscious was brought up again in our Princess Leia Organa (Boushh Disguise) review. (more….)
At first, I thought I didn’t know about it; then I discovered documentation on it in some old files I had on the vintage Kenner line. Anyhow, it’s so exciting that I thought I would share it on the front page for any of you that don’t know about it. Whether it’s just coincidental or an Easter egg, Princess Leia Organa (Boushh Disguise) has two “built-in” features that can house her helmet and blaster staff. The blaster staff’s handle can be secured on her left hip (rather securely), and the helmet can be attached on her backpack (with a little more patience). If it’s old news for you, that’s wonderful. But I thought it was worth sharing. I also hope more of you continue to check out our vintage Kenner reviews going forward. We’re almost done with the first wave of Return Of The Jedi figures. Then there is wave 2 and later finally The Power Of The Force line. It will go fast, so be part of our history too. We’ve updated our Princess Leia Organa (Boushh Disguise) review with new images showing off these features if you’re interested.
