Toy Run Tuesday #45 - Clone Wars Custom
Hello again everybody! It’s another fine Tuesday to share with you my collecting from the past week. This week I have but one new figure to show you. It’s a custom from the Clone Wars you don’t think about very often. Click here to check it out!
In the end of the original run of the Clone Wars cartoon, Ahsoka Tano escaped from a prison on Coruscant, only to be chased down by a squad of shock troopers. Among them was Hound, a K9 unit clone with a trained Massiff, who sniffed out the wrongfully accused traitor. I will order a massiff soon, but for now here is my completed custom clone trooper, Hound.
I had a bit of fun with my other shock troopers and had them apprehend Ahsoka. I do wish there was a good 3.75 commander Fox that wasn’t an animated style. Alas, maybe that will be a custom for another day.
There you have it, folks, my week in Star Wars! Several collector stores near me are planning to reopen soon, so hopefully I will have the opportunity to visit them when they do.
