After New York Toy fair last weekend, our friends over at Banthaskull were invited to participate in a follow-up Q&A with the Hasbro reps who presented the Star Wars panel. It was a very insightful interview, and they got some specific answers about the line instead of general PR responses. You can read the full interview on Banthaskull here, but there is one important part I want to cover with this article: repacks. Click here for more…

Last week I didn’t really have much to show you for Toy Run Tuesday, but this week I do! I got a few packages in the mail throughout the week with some great Star Wars items. I’m excited to share them with you, so click here to check out the photos!

Well, I’m not sure why I was expecting to see Mandalorian and Clone Wars merchandise this Toy Fair. It’s not like The Mandalorian was the number one tv show when it aired, and fans haven’t been greatly anticipating the return of The Clone Wars for nearly a year now. Nevermind all that, what we want are repacks! At least they look nice. Click through to check them out!

Welcome back to another issue of TRT. This week, many of you found the new Vintage Collection wave. Unfortunately, I did not. I am still on the hunt! So how did my week in Star Wars go? Click here to find out, and let us know how your week went in the comments.

Welcome back to another Toy Run Tuesday everyone! Has anyone been able to find the Mandalorian wave at Walmart in the last couple days? I’ve been searching but they don’t seem to have found their way to AZ quite yet. This week I finished another Mandalorian custom and received a 3d print of a great Mandalorian creature that I am excited to paint. Click through for more!

This last weekend I was able to attend two different toy shows, and an additional collectible store in Phoenix. Since I moved, I haven’t been able to go to collector stops near as often as I used to because I live so far away, so it was a real treat being able to attend this weekend. Check out my small haul after the jump!

I want to make a plug for 2 of my favorite shops online for custom parts: Krazy D’s Customs, and Watto’s Scrapyard. Both companies offer 3D printed parts of their own skilled original design, but for very different aspects of the customizing world. For people like me who love to customize, they fill a valuable, if not crucial role, in collecting today. Click here to see what I mean.

Jedibusiness.com found that Star Action Figures UK posted in-package photos of the next wave of TVC figures. They are slated for release end of April/early May. I’m extremely excited for these figures, and May is certainly too far away. At least it will keep my hype up for the show between seasons! What do you think of the card art and the figures? Let us know in the comments!

Welcome back to another fine week in Star Wars! This week I finished a singular custom figure, but I’m quite happy with it. It’s another one based on the Mandalorian, like my jawa leader last week. Check out this week’s custom by clicking here!

Megalopolis toys posted an ad on their Facebook page about a week ago. It was just shared in the Vintage Collection group on Facebook by Jeffery H, so thanks to him for bringing it to our attention. This is why so many of us love The Vintage Collection! Click here to watch the video.

I had a pretty good week when it comes to collecting. I took a trip an hour south to Tucson, AZ, and went to a wonderful swap meet. Some of my favorite vendors had vamoosed, unfortunately, but there were still a couple toy vendors with decent Star Wars merchandise. I also watched A New Hope, The Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi, which marks the first time my son has gotten to watch the original trilogy (although he’s 2 so he ran around for a lot of it and went to be 3/4ths of the way through each movie, but boy did he like R2-D2!). In any case, click here to see a few photos of this week’s collecting finds!

We recently bought our first house, and finally I was able to get some shelf space to set up a couple dioramas. In addition, my mom brought over the rest of my stuff from her house (much to her relief and my wife’s chagrin). I also finished up a custom figure from The Mandalorian! Click here to check out photos and leave comments of your week in Star Wars!

There are 2 playsets that would be incredible additions to The Vintage Collection. One needs to be the Razorcrest, that much is clear, but the second might not be so obvious. I’ve taken some screenshots (not photos from my phone this time, yay!), and drew up a couple ideas for how these playsets could be brought to fruition. Click here to take a look!

Okay, so The Mandalorian has been out for a day now, and I wanted to talk action figures – specifically for The Vintage Collection. What characters would you like to see immortalized in 3.75 inches of plastic? The Mandalorian is already coming, so we won’t use him as a pick here, but click through for some photos and let us know in the comments who you’d like to see in TVC! Mild spoilers may be ahead…

Another fine week in Star Wars. Some good new figures have been leaked. I ehar of new shippers hitting Walmart, but I feel that it may be some time before we get some new items we have yet to hear of. What have you been able to pick up this week? Let us know in the comments!

I just wanted to make a special post about the wonderful work done by Krazy D’s Kustoms. A few weeks ago I received an item from them, and finally had a chance to put it together. Click here for some photos of my new toys!

This week I didn’t add much to my collection, so instead I played with my toys! What else are they good for anyway? Looking at them?? My 2 year old son has fallen in love with my Starspeeder 1000 and has found all the buttons that make noise. He knows where the astromech droid fits and even how to open the doors (although that one scares me because he grabs the doors to pull them open the whole way…). Click through for some pictures of playtime this week in Star Wars!
