Cool! TARGET has once again put up the Retro Collection for pre-order. Special thanks to JTA reader Mark for the alert!

Hasbro announced just minutes ago that the Khetanna will be made available in Europe and Australia in March 2019! For some reason, the Barge will be sold on Ebay. Nothing else is known at the moment. So we cannot say what the price will be for the Khetanna. We will have to wait for more info to explore this in more detail. Ebay sure seems like an odd choice for a retail partner for the barge.

Fans will get another chance to experience a piece of Rancho Obi-Wan this April when Steve Sansweet once again brings a bit of his collection to share with the masses. If you’ve never stopped by this booth at past Celebrations, you are missing out on a fun peek at his amazing collection. We are glad to see this must-visit booth return for another Celebration! 

The new The Black Series Archive figures are starting to hit retail. JTA reader Walter found them at his local North Carolina Walmart…

I really enjoy your website. Tonight I was wrapping up some last minute shopping hoping to find the new Resistance figures or maybe even the latest Solo wave and came across this. The whole new archive black series wave was at my local Walmart in Greenville NC. Luke, Boba, IG-88, and this guy, who had to come home with me. They are out there!

Lucasfilm announced earlier this morning that the Emmy Award winning series and its 10th anniversary will be the focus of a panel at San Diego Comic Con. Alden Ehrenreich and Donald Glover recently appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live to promote Solo: A Star Wars Story. Both Ehrenreich and Glover showed off clips that should get even the most pessimistic of us excited. In addition, they talked about what its like to take over these iconic roles and the advice they got from Harrison Ford and Billy Dee Williams. Apparently Ford’s advice involved complaining about Ewoks while Billy Dee kept it simple (and charming as always). Click through to watch the interviews!

In almost perfect timing with the film’s official trailer release, we received special permission to feature a new Solo: A Star Wars Story product to share with you early. Click through for an advanced look at Han Solo’s Landspeeder with exclusive Han Solo (Corellia) figure. The review is coming soon. In a nutshell, Hasbro brings back old “battle-damage” technology that was first introduced in the Star Wars “Saga” line. The front end of the speeder is made from a pliable, albeit tacky, rubbery plastic that caves in if you press on it. It also triggers an action feature that pops Han Solo’s seat up and sends him flying. This vehicle is a sweet release and sure to be a big part of Solo: A Star Wars Story. (more….)

New Solo: A Star Wars Story product is hitting retail, and Walmart stores left and right. We’re only about a week out from the official launch. It’s getting exciting. I am still surprised that the Wampa And Luke Skywalker set in still in Star Wars [The Last Jedi] packaging. And that the Rathar is repacked. Special thanks to Brian P. for the report!
