Shock Trooper - Mission Fleet

The repaints are already happening in the short-lived Mission Fleet line. One of the first offerings in 2020 was the all-white Clone Trooper. Now, Hasbro took the tooling and created a Shock Trooper out of it. Admittedly, colorful clones are always more engaging than plain white ones. As you’d expect, the Shock Trooper is bright and colorful and fits into this line quite well. Just like its predecessor, the Shock Trooper comes with the same gear and accessories, including a DC-15 blaster and flight pack, but this addition is red for this release. Shock Trooper has nine articulation points across seven areas. Impressively, Hasbro added ball-jointed shoulders, which gives the figure decent movement in the upper body. The simplest figure in the Mission Fleet line thus far, the Shock Trooper is still a lovely release and a great army builder for collectors. As explained earlier, Hasbro paired the Mission Fleet Shock Trooper with the same “accessory,” and it looks incredible. The wings are slightly articulated but don’t open or collapse entirely. There is a thick pin that plugs into the hole on the Shock Trooper’s back. We appreciate this line, and we accept that it’s not for everyone. It does appear to perform well at the retail level. However, we don’t anticipate the line continuing forever. As Hasbro brings newness to the line with products based on The Mandalorian, expect the line to gain more momentum.
