Reva (Third Sister) was the bait and switch in the Obi-Wan Kenobi Disney+ series, and that was enough to disappoint many Star Wars fans to the point of walking away from the series. Lucasfilm gaslighted their longtime audience of fans and enthusiasts of anything Star Wars by coming to the actress’ defense with some awful comments she received about her character. And before the series began, Disney Star Wars once again successfully divided the community with the Obi-Wan Kenobi rollout. In so many words, Disney relayed to fans that if they didn’t like Reva (Third Sister), they’re racists or misogynists (or probably both). And with the complete and utter failure of The Black Series Reva (Third Sister) HasLab project and the overall disdain for the series, it appears that Lucasfilm’s maniacal handling of this new Star Wars character backfired beyond expectations. Star Wars fans who’ve watched the Obi-Wan Kenobi series distill Reva’s character as poor. The actress supposedly isn’t outstanding, and the storytelling of the character’s arc is nonsensical as it is boring. But because Reva Sevander is the new villainess in the latest Disney+ Star Wars series, we should expect countless new products at retail and online to support the character and hopefully grow interested.

No matter where you stand on the Reva (Third Sister) character, you can rest assured that Hasbro produced another excellent action figure for The Vintage Collection. Many of the characters from the series appeared much sooner than expected, and Reva (Third Sister) was one they managed to work on behind the scenes without any information leaking out that the action figure was forthcoming. Reva (Third Sister) is undoubtedly an excellent action figure and follows in the same footsteps as the most recent action figures in the lineup. The inclusion of ball-socket hips and “rocker” ankles work in a fluid motion while the rest of the ball-jointed and ball-socket articulation does wonders for various action-oriented posing. Hasbro developed a screen-accurate body of the Reva (Third Sister). The figure comes with feminine-styled hips and thighs, and the figure has a thin waist and curviness throughout. The likeness is excellent in the portrait, and Hasbro still perfects Photo Real applications in this scale of action figures. We believe they’re getting better and better with each successive release. Reva (Third Sister) has a mostly monotone black costume, but there are shades of gray here and there, and Hasbro captured them all effortlessly here. We believe you’ll be happy with the results.

Reva (Third Sister) comes with four accessories, but they’re all related. They included a fully lit-up double-bladed lightsaber. The figure holds it well with one or two hands and poses beautifully with it as needed for your various battle scenes. They also included a hilt of the lightsaber with a plug to attach to the figure’s side. We experienced great difficulty installing the plug into the figure’s side. It seems as if it is too long (or thick) to fit inside of the hole. You can place it on the figure’s side, but it does stick out a lot, on our ample at least. Hasbro also included two separate lightsaber accessories with fairly standard hilts. They also fit in the action figure’s hands well; admittedly, the figure looks better to us wielding these weapons instead of the ringed and double-bladed lightsaber. Reva (Third Sister) comes with a soft-goods cape. It’s fitted to the size of the action figure well, but it looks a little cheap if we’re being honest in this review. We wish Hasbro would choose premium fabrics to design their mixed media action figures. Reva (Third Sister) is an excellent action figure in The Vintage Collection. We’ll reserve judgment on the character for now. But Disney Star Wars would be more successful with the masses if they’d stop virtue-signaling for a few minutes and focus on getting everyone engaged on the newest series they produce.
