Cad Bane - TBS [P4] - Six Inch Figures (TBOBF05)

Renowned bounty hunter Cad Bane was known for his impressive arsenal of weapons and allies. His work with the Pyke Syndicate on Tatooine led him face-to-face with Boba Fett.

Hasbro has been going all out with the character of Cad Bane in The Black Series line. In as little as three years, they’ve gotten out three unique versions of the character, everywhere from The Clone Wars to The Book Of Boba Fett. The newest of the three is based on The Book Of Boba Fett, and we feel it turned out exceptionally well. While Cad Bane generally looks similar from one Star Wars source to the following, multiple details throughout the costume set them apart from each other. Cad Bane is a space cowboy who wears leather chaps, a duster, a cowboy hat, and other western-esque apparel, so until the character deviates from this and dons an entirely different outfit, we’re not going to see much variance each time Hasbro produces a new figure of this Duros. This version of Can Bane comes with the same bells and whistles. For accessories, we get two blaster pistols and a removable hat. The head sculpt has a stunning expression, and thanks to Photo Real updating, the figure has a lifelike expression and appearance. The articulation system is excellent. Cad Bane can be positioned in many configurations, and the figure looks excellent holding the included blasters. We don’t see any shared parts with the previous versions of Cad Bane action figures from the past, and we find this to be interesting. With so many untouched Star Wars characters in the 6-inch format, we wonder if Hasbro will start branching out further to the neglected Star Wars sources. There are so many untapped characters for The Black Series line. And now we have three Cad Bane action figures that don’t appeal broadly across the fanbase. Either way, Cad Bane is a beautiful action figure worthy of consideration.
