A powerful Sith warrior and a savvy ship's mechanic are caught up in the attack on Princess Marasiah Fel. Darth Nihl battles Cade Skywalker, the son of a Jedi that Nihl killed in the Massacre at Ossus. Delilah Blue repairs the Mynock so that its crew, the Jedi and the gravely wounded princess can flee the attacking Sith.

Is it worse that we had to wait 18 long months to get the last batch of Comic Packs finally delivered to us or that we’re complaining at all that it took that long to get them? We’re not exactly sure, but at least the Comic Packs that were first showed off at the 2009 San Diego Comic Con are finally available in November 2010 with extra special thanks to Entertainment Earth for picking them up and rescuing them from certain cancellation. We’re honestly happy that Hasbro decided to make good on what they advertised and these “last four” are certainly worth the wait because they are truly some of the best figures released in this popular yet unsuccessful sub-line. Had sets like this had a fair chance at retail, we're confident that the line would have flourished. The Comic Packs line made its debut in 2007 in the 30 (77-07) line and from its first couple years of performance at retail, all of us were pretty confident that we would be seeing these sets at retail for quite some time. But the will of the Force had other things in mind and like so many other sub-lines before it, the Comic Packs line died (something we directly blame Hasbro for and not retail or collectors) unfortunately and put the Expanded Universe selection of Star Wars action figures in moratorium (with very few exceptions). If Hasbro hadn’t used the same assortment number for the last three years and released a ton of repacks in the first wave of the (red) Legacy Collection, we’d bet that this line would still be healthy at retail right now.

That’s not what happened and at least fourteen planned Comic Packs had to find other ways to see release. The Deliah Blue/Darth Nihl set was one of these victims and it was one of the most anticipated sets for us personally. Admittedly, the final production versions of the figures don’t look as good as the prototypes we saw more than a year ago and while we are certainly thrilled to see them available for purchase, we just wanted to like this set a little bit more than we did. That doesn't mean the figures aren't worth your consideration. Deliah Blue has a beautiful and feminine body, but she is oddly colored, especially when comparing her outfit in the included comic book. She is wearing very sexy clothing that shows of her curves and cleavage and amazingly, Hasbro was successful in giving her a pretty and girly face. He hair is big and a satisfactory job was done to prevent it from looking like a blue wig. She has purple boots and stripes are all over her skin tight outfit. But she looks a little bit more like a circus performer than a mechanic of the Mynock if you are looking for our most honest opinion. (Maybe you're not.) She is loaded with 14 points of articulation and you’ll need to be patient when posing her because her legs and feet don’t cover a great deal of surface area so balance will be the key to make her stand up. Overall, she is definitely the star if this two-pack and she should make fans of Star Wars: Legacy very happy.

Our opinion of Darth Nihl may lie with the minority but we’re just not crazy about him. He looks a lot more like one of Marilyn Manson’s retinue or one of Batman’s enemies than a Star Wars Sith lord, but again, that’s just our opinion. He is well made and has 14 points of articulation. He comes with a unique red lightsaber that has a very long hilt so that is something that definitely gives him some individuality. In the Star Wars: Legacy storyline he battles Cade Skywalker (another Comic Packs member from the 2008 TLC Darth Talon/Cade Skywalker set). In fact, Darth Nihl is responsible for Cade Skywalker’s father’s death. Darth Nihl is focusing all efforts on killing Princess Marasiah Fel and that is where Deliah Blue comes into play. She is the heroine who is responsible to repair the Mynock so that she can provide a shuttle for the princess and Jedi to escape on and flee from Darth Nihl. It’s an interesting comic and has many interesting characters like the two in this Comic Packs set. Deliah Blue and Darth Nihl are very well constructed action figures. Yes they differ a bit from the samples Hasbro showed us, but they are faithful for the most part. But what’s more important is that they are available and not canceled. You know how we all get about canceled items. We go nuts, don’t we? This is a great set. It’s colorful and dark at the same time, just like Star Wars: Legacy #7 is. And it's a pleasure to have the option to add these characters to our EU pile.
