The R2-D2 Builders outdid themselves this Celebration! Their room was a constant buzz of people in line waiting to see these awesome creations! There were droids scurrying around outside entertaining the little kids, while the big kids (me included) enjoyed walking through the showroom. The decor was very 'a galaxy far far away', with computer consoles, droid parts, imperial ship walls, and even a jawa or two inspecting the droids. This year they didn't stop with R2 units, we even got a life size IG droid bust, a power droid, R5 units, sith probe droids, C-3PO units (naked and clothed), and even a B'omarr Monk and working lava droid! Editor's note: the lava was NOT real! And, when you were done taking a stroll through our favorite galaxy of droids, at the end you got to feast your eyes on a full scale Tantive IV hallway diorama, with our favorite pair of droids waiting for you to have your picture made with them. Of course, the JTA team couldn't resist that tempation...
