Hasbro went “cheap” on The Vintage Collection’s Lando Calrissian (Star Wars: Battlefront II) Gaming Greats figure. But you’ll probably find it charming regardless. (more….)
The Fan Channel exclusive The Vintage Collection ARC TROOPER (Lambent Seeker) figure has an error that the Star Wars brand hasn’t made in four decades. That’s 40 years, folks. Find out what it is and more by reading today’s review! (more….)
The Boba Fett (Tatooine) figure is nice but ridiculously expensive. Hasbro should feel shame. The Star Wars tax has to end. Are you adding this overpriced The Vintage Collection figure to your collection?. (more….)

The Photo Real updates to the Rogue One characters are impressive. The Chirrut Îmwe 6-inch figure is a testament to why this was necessary as well. (more….)

Wow! Look at that shimmery purple lining! We expected Carnor Jax to be the dud of the four Comics And Books figures, but it ended up being our favorite. Oh, and this IS NOT Carnor Jax. It’s Kir Kanos. Do you think Hasbro will issue a running change? (more….)

We finally get OOM-10 in the Fan Channel exclusive Galactic Republic Celebrate The Saga multipack. But it’s a crappy 5POA version. It’s maddening! (more….)
Thank you for reading Research Droids Reviews: Season 12!
5POA is never OK, but at least Hasbro did something good with the Celebrate The Force multipacks, a parting gift for collectors as they close the tooling archives on these figures forever. The Bounty Hunters set includes a new take on R5-P8 that uses the same tooling as a The Vntage Collection figure. This character first saw release in Disney’s Droid Factory line. The rest of this multipack is a waster Are you buying these sets for your collection? (more….)

Here is the Photo Real-updated Kanan Jarrus, and it makes the first version look pathetic. Launching the new fourth phase of The Black Series 6″ line with a wave of Fan Channel exclusive Star Wars Rebels figures was clever. Are you repurchasing them for your collection? (more….)
