eBay seller freemantoys once again has plenty of Rey (Jedi Training)/Luke Skywalker (Jedi Master) SDCC exclusive two-packs and other exclusives in stock for prices that are better than average on many things. Be sure to check out the full list of items for sale too. But, you have to wonder, are these bootlegs? This isn’t an accusation, but how does one get so many units of these elusive exclusives?

Well, there are a few of Luke and Rey SDCC packs for sale on eBay for the “reasonable” price of $72 AND Free shipping. This seller had a LARGE stock and it’s not a crazy as the other auctions I’ve seen.

JTA reader Russ T. graciously shares some “out of the box” images of the SDCC exclusive X-34 Landspeeder with Luke Skywalker. Of particular note, the packaging has been designed in a way where the top can be lifted off without any real damage being made to the packaging. (You have to slice some tape is all). Well, according to a Customer Service exchange between Hasbro and a member of the SWBS6 Club: Star Wars Black Series 6″ Collectors Facebook group, SDCC exclusives will be available on September 1st (Force Friday II), with a caveat that this date could change. I guess these WON’T be available at HASCON this year. The delay of this date just makes little sense.

Hasbro’s own OFFICIAL SITE has added the Rey (Jedi Training)/Luke Skywalker (Jedi Master) 6″ SDCC exclusive two-pack to their product pages. It has an MSRP of $49.99 and an order date of August 14, 2017. If Hasbro gets upset at this post my head will honestly explode. See the proof for yourself HERE. European/UK site Kapowtoys.co.uk is taking pre-orders for the SDCC exclusive Luke Skywalker & Landspeeder as well as the Grand Admiral Thrawn set. Special thanks to JTA reader Kam for the alert! Man, I hope these are plentiful this year!

We previously reported on the IDW comic series coming this September that will span across the entire saga, but now StarWars.com has given us a preview of the upcoming issue being released at SDCC this year. This series will be an all-ages comic, which is why I think this was given to IDW publishing as opposed to Marvel. It seems to have a Forces Of Destiny feel to it with regards to the artistic style. Check out the story and download the preview here!
