The Galaxy Of Adventures Ahsoka Tano is perfect. If you don’t have it, it’s your loss. (more….)

That’s a wrap! We just finished our look at The Vintage Collection wave 28 which includes The Mandalorian (VC181), Moff Gideon (VC180), Darth Vader (VC178), The Armorer (VC179), and Captain Rex (VC182). If you missed any of the reviews or the discussions, here’s your chance to catch up!
You have to wonder what happens during the Hasbro Star Wars planning meetings when you see a debacle of a figure like Captain Rex make the cut for a repack. This figure should have never been re-released. Ever. And how long will Hasbro play dumb about that cancelled phase I Captain Rex figure from 2013? It’s egregious at this point. Just release that dang thing already, Hasbro! (more….)
Hasbro suckered us into pay almost $17 each for the same figure three times with the 501st Legion ARC Troopers Special Action Figure Set. But do you care? It’s rare when we get new characters from The Clone Wars, so we should gratefully accept he overcharge, right? (more….)
The Smuggler’s Run The Black Series [Phase IV] 6″ Hondo Ohnaka figure is gorgeous. It’s better than The Vintage Collection version. (more….)
The Black Series [Phase IV] 6″ Cad Bane figure from The Clone Wars is excellent. There is an exclusive version too! (more….)
Let’s continue to look at the Walmart exclusive wave of The Black Series [Phase IV] The Clone Wars figures with the addition of the Mandalorian Loyalist (TCW04) to our Visual Guides. Click below to check out the main guide page. Make sure to also check this figure out in our full review.
The Mandalorian Loyalist won’t get the credit it deserves. Do you want to find out why it should? (more….)
5POA is never OK, but what if it means you’ll get a TVC collector quality figure of Ahsoka Tano’s astromech droid? That’s what the Jedi Order Celebrate The Saga offers collectors! (more….)

The Black Series [Phase IV] Cad Bane & Todo 360 two-pack will undoubtedly anger collectors. That’s if you don’t have it yet, of course. If you own it, it probably makes you happy. Hasbro missed one important detail on Todo 360, but overall, the figure is excellent. Cad Bane is also excellent, near-perfect, in fact. (more….)
Check out The Vintage Collection’s ARC Trooper Fives (VC172), our latest Visual Guide addition. Click below for the full Visual Guide page, and click here for our full review.
Is Hasbro simply denying that Fives is getting repacked in the mainline? Their “ultimate checklist” is not as ultimate as they think. It lists the other figures from the wave (Hondo, Chirrut, Jedi Luke), but Fives is still conspicuously missing! We just reviewed this figure, and it’s one of Hasbro’s best. I have 4 of them in hand from Amazon, and another arriving today! Hasbro, where’s Fives?!
As of this review posting, ARC Trooper Fives still technically doesn’t exist. Hasbro has yet to formally announce this figure as part of the latest case assortment. It’s an imperfect figure, but at least it’s all-new. However, what’s up with that bronzey facial hair? Will you get this figure from The Vintage Collection for yourself? (more….)
Hasbro made TWO HUGE mistakes deciding on what figures to release in The Vintage Collection basic figure line. It might be two of their worst decisions in the ENTIRE run of The Vintage Collection basic figure line. (more….)
The Vintage Collection Obi-Wan Kenobi (VC103) went sky-high on the aftermarket, so it makes sense we’re seeing the figure again eight years later. Hasbro re-released the figure with improved paint operations and Photo Real. For The Vintage Collection “2.0” lineup, Obi-Wan Kenobi received a significant amount of updating. They even changed the pitch of the character’s head on the card art. In our opinion, the Photo Real deco is stunning, if you can find the right sample that is. The colors are quite different on the re-release. We took the time to break it all down for you by producing an all-new 76-image gallery complete with both versions (2012 and 2020) featured, comparison shots, diorama shots, and a breakdown of what separates the two releases in the Collector Notes. Check out this excellently updated figure in our RDRs now! There’s more difference here than you may realize.
The Vintage Collection Anakin Skywalker (VC92) broke the mold for The Clone Wars line in 2012. Since then, the realistic style became the “norm” for this Star Wars source. For The Vintage Collection “2.0” lineup, Anakin Skywalker received a wealth of updates. The Photo Real deco is stunning if you can find the right sample that is, and the scar is more pronounced now than ever. Also, and we didn’t notice this until now, the skirt was installed backward on the original release. Did you know? Hasbro spun it around for a proper drape this time. The colors are quite different on the re-release, that Anakin Skywalker almost feels like an all-new figure…. sort of. We took the time to break it all down for you by producing an all-new 72-image gallery complete with both versions (2012 and 2020) featured, comparison shots, diorama shots, and a breakdown of what separates the two releases in the Collector Notes. Check out this excellently updated figure in our RDRs now! There’s more difference here than you may realize.
Let’s add another release from wave 1 of The Black Series [Phase IV] to our Visual Guides tonight. Click below to check out the Clone Trooper (Kamino) 6 Inch figure. We’ve also added this figure to our reviews over in our review database.
Wow again! The Clone Trooper (Kamino) figure from Season 6 of The Clone Wars is another home run hit! It might have some helmet issues, but this is a HUGE improvement? (more….)
The Chewbacca Mission Fleet figure is the best of the first wave. It has a strong The Clone Wars vibe to it, but it will also work for an animated take on the Original Trilogy character. And it comes with a Wookiee flyer! Will you give this line a chance too? (more….)
The Clone Trooper Mission Fleet figure is another excellent toy. The figures and vehicles in this line are highly-detailed and generally look fantastic. This one is based on a 2005 Revenge Of The Sith Deluxe figure. Check out to see what all the fuss is about with this line! (more….)
The Ahsoka Tano Mission Fleet figure is another decent release. The figures and vehicles in this line are highly-detailed and generally look fantastic. Overall, this line is amazing. And we’re confident you’re going to love it too. (more….)

Hello once again, toy runners! It’s been a fantastic week in Star Wars. I got the newest wave of The Vintage Collection figures, and they are real winners! When we posted our review of Clone Commander Wolffe, I shared a photo of Thorn and Rex that I customized with a VC45 clone body instead of the swivel hip body Hasbro used for the commanders. I did the same thing with Wolffe last night, and by popular request, you’ll find a small tutorial on doing it yourself if you click here.
