There are 2 playsets that would be incredible additions to The Vintage Collection. One needs to be the Razorcrest, that much is clear, but the second might not be so obvious. I’ve taken some screenshots (not photos from my phone this time, yay!), and drew up a couple ideas for how these playsets could be brought to fruition. Click here to take a look!

The second Mandalorian episode was released earlier today! And it’s another winner. I cannot tell you anything really about this episode because a certain spoilery something is very much involved with the plot. The basic plot is simple, the Mandalorian found his target in Chapter 1 and wants to get back to his ship now. On his way back he is attacked by rival bounty hunters who want to kill his bounty, the Mandalorian expertly disposes of them, only to find that when he returns to his ship pesky Offworld Jawas have dismantled it… now he needs the parts back. But the Jawas want something in return… and the fun begins. This episode will be talked about for days and days and possibly even longer. I can tell you that!
Also, let me just tell you that whoever can subscribe to Disney+ and is remotely interested in Star Wars should subscribe now. $6.99, even if the only thing you’ll ever watch is The Mandalorian, is still just $0.88 per episode, and I bet you will rewatch the episodes a lot. It’s a bargain.
This show is a winner. It’s what the vast majority of Star Wars fans have hoped for, it’s what they want and what they need. It will make you happy. You will smile. You will be surprised. The show also expands the Star Wars mythos in a very fundamental way. So don’t wait, don’t hesitate, watch the episode now! Just one caveat, the second episode is just 31 minutes long. We need more. Now! But we will have to wait until next Friday!
Anyone else who has already seen the episode – or if you enjoy spoilers – can click on the banner below or click through to read my spoiler review of the second episode!
SPOILER WARNING: YOU WILL BE THOROUGHLY SPOILED IF YOU READ THE REVIEW!

Now that the Mandalorian has aired its first episode fans are already talking about what action figures they want. Action figures we will probably either never get or only get months and months later. But let’s not talk about action figures, let’s talk about something that took most fans by surprise and what most fans apparently find most adorable. And to protect those who had no chance to see the show yet, you have to click through to know what I am talking about!
YOU WILL BE SPOILED IF YOU CLICK THROUGH!

Okay, so The Mandalorian has been out for a day now, and I wanted to talk action figures – specifically for The Vintage Collection. What characters would you like to see immortalized in 3.75 inches of plastic? The Mandalorian is already coming, so we won’t use him as a pick here, but click through for some photos and let us know in the comments who you’d like to see in TVC! Mild spoilers may be ahead…

Today not only saw the debut of Disney+ in North America and a few selected other countries, today also saw the release of the highly anticipated first-ever Star Wars live-action series: The Mandalorian. I wrote a very spoilery review which you can read by clicking on the banner below. But maybe a few of you don’t want to read a spoiler review and for you, I have a few general thoughts: go watch the show! It’s the best thing in a long time, it’s like A New Hope, Rogue One and Solo, it’s your Boba Fett daydream come true, even if the character is not Boba Fett. This series is extremely well made, has a very, very, very interesting premise, and that final scene will be talked about for days and maybe even weeks. This show was made for longtime fans. Everyone can certainly enjoy it, but longtime fans will certainly love every second. So what are you waiting for? If you haven’t watched the episode yet, do it now. And if you have seen it and want to discuss it, then please read my review!

Holy cow! Cara Dune is a perfect 10. She’s a beautiful character, and this action figure is one of Hasbro’s best. We believe she will change the opinion of Disney Star Wars’ female characters (for the better). Cara Dune is more believable than all of the the most heavily-criticized Sequel Trilogy characters combined (and we know nothing about her). We’re so eager to see her in action. Learn everything about her in our Research Droids Reviews today! Be sure to leave your thoughts in our comments section, vote in the poll or comment about it on our Facebook page. 27 minutes of footage from The Mandalorian was shown to the press on Saturday and first reactions are very positive. After the screening a press conference was held, highlights of which you can watch on YouTube.
On the panel are Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano and Carl Weathers. They talk about what their approach to the show was, in addition to that Dave Filoni talks about the differences between working on animation and live action. It is revealed that Favreau and Filoni worked on the plots together, brainstorming ideas, with Favreau then writing the script.
You also learn that while directors on TV usually don’t have all that much creative freedom, they approached each episode of the Mandalorian more like a movie, where a director has a lot more input. Overall, you get the feeling that the Mandalorian is in very good and capable hands. Jon Favreau speaks specifically about how they want to reward fans that have been with the franchise for a long time, since they were kids, and to bring everyone together, you can expect some Easter Eggs, references to both legends and canon, one of these things that will get referenced is actually Lifeday, as Favreau seems to have a weak spot for the Holiday Special. But watch for yourself! The video is about 21 minutes long, just click on the image below to start the video.

While The Rise of Skywalker, and the sequels in general, prefer to give us old designs or only slightly tweaked Original Trilogy designs, featuring the well known X-, A- and Y-Wings and TIE Fighters, the spin offs and now also the upcoming The Mandalorian prove that Lucasfilm can still design new things. Check out that sleek brand new Bounty Hunter Fighter featured on a Topps Card below. Maybe one day you can also buy it as a toy, but don’t hold your breath until then.
