Fair 2007 Give-aways
There were a few cool Star
Wars promotional items handed out this year, none of which were specifically
marked as Toy Fair exclusives (unless you count the very
cool Corgi/Master Replicas set which was available at the British Toy Fair and was
not available at the US Toy Fair, being only limited to 1000.)
Hasbro gave away a very cool 30th anniversary coin to go with their upcoming collection
of coins this year. The same coin will be available later as part
of the UGH
mail-away. However,
we were told the coin will be the same but it will not come with the special case
offered at Toy Fair. The Hasbro team didn't say if the case was exclusive to Toy
Fair or if it will be offered again, but it will not come with the mail-away coins.
Also of note, the special coin is listed on the UGH
offer as a "2007 International
Toy Fair Coin", but nowhere on the coin (or box) does it actually say Toy
Fair.
LEGO held their annual Collectors Party again this year, and it was heavily Star
Wars themed. In their gift-pack came a very cool Collectors Party 2007 t-shirt.
With a sweet LEGO style 30th anniversary logo on the back, this was a nice gift
to go along with a variaty of LEGO sets from across their line of toys.
